Emmanuelle is a coach and an assessment expert in Senior Leadership and Executive appraisals allowing to map deep and accurate professional identity features.

She brings over 15 years of multicultural experience, essentially with process industries and more specifically with life sciences.

During 8 years, Emmanuelle has worked within large pharmaceutical groups such as UCB, Baxter and most recently GSK as Executive Search Lead, as well as working in the talent space.

She founded Artorys in 2010, offering consulting, management consulting, coaching and assessment services.

Trained in transactional analysis, process communication and SHL and Hogan psychometrics, Emmanuelle also regularly uses positive psychology tools in her approach.

Emmanuelle speaks English, French and Dutch fluently and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in pedagogy and in modern languages. An ICF coach, she currently is preparing her PPC level.
