I provide coaching in companies: I coach experts, managers, and leaders in their new roles. I help them perform faster by structuring their learning journey, accelerating their growth, and developing new positive behaviors and habits.

I support people transitioning to retirement and in retirement. I help them identify new fulfilling projects worth investing their time and energy in. I support them in creating the right motivating and productive structure to pursue these projects and live their third phase of life fully. For deeper emotional work that helps process unmanageable emotional reactions (anger, anxiety, fear, sadness), I offer inner child work healing based on therapy with anger & body focusing.

My specialization is self-management (intrinsic motivation, productivity, performance, growth mindset, dealing with change and uncertainty, emotional management). I help people find motivation, time, and energy to realize their ideas and projects and learn 10x faster with every new challenge.

I am the author of the self-management model REALISER® and the program Be Unstoppable which helps people create their own motivating, productive structure to achieve their goals.
