With n2coaching I help sales professionals and sales leaders to become more self-aware, so they can build valuable relationships with themselves, their customers and team members. This by providing: individual coaching, teaching and mentoring. So they can achieve their goals and become more successful and happy in their roles.

Why I have started n2coaching?

During my sales career, I have trained and coached many ambitious sales professionals in their first sales job. With training your work on their skills by providing them knowledge, tools, systems, etc. With coaching, you work on their individual patterns, behavior, mindset. I loved the coaching part!



In a perfect world, all employees should have access to a personal coach, which support them in their development path. Coaching helps people to become more self-aware, to understand themselves and others better, to take ownership, to reach their goals, to create better relationships, etc. Therefore I want to help companies with the personal development of their employees by providing coaching programs.
