In this conference we’ll focus on the added value that coaching can bring to organisations and their transformation in times of change.
How does transformation in organisations work? How to create an overlap of individual and organisational values and visions? What role can coaching play in organisational transformation? How does coaching support the introduction of new ways of working? What can external providers of coaching do to impact transformation in organisations and build organisational (coaching) culture? How can each and every coach contribute?

Julia Lemmer is a Business & Leadership Coach, Organisational consultant and Founder of Hanaco Consulting,
In her more than 10 years of coaching and consulting experience, Julia has contributed both to individual and organisational development through coaching, in different roles:
- As project manager for an European institutions’ contractor, on the implementation of management coaching (for which the Julhiet-Kienbaum Consortium won the first ICF Belgium Prism Award in 2019)
- As coach for managers and experts in different sectors, either in stand-alone coaching processes or as part of bigger transformations
- As Head of Coaching of develop_me, a hybrid coaching platform, combining personal and digital aspects of coaching.
Last year Julia founded her own coaching and consulting company to empower people and organisations in an international context.

Riche d'une expérience de coach et de consultante de plusieurs années, Julia a contribué, grâce au coaching, au développement individuel et organisationnel de différentes manières :
- En tant que chef de projet pour la mise en oeuvre d'un programme de coaching pour les institutions européennes (pour lequel le Consortium Julhiet-Kienbaum a remporté le premier ICF Belgium Prism Award en 2019).
- En tant que coach pour des managers et des experts dans différents secteurs, soit dans des processus de coaching autonomes, soit dans le cadre de transformations plus importantes.
- En tant que responsable coaching de Develop_me, une plateforme de coaching hybride, combinant les aspects personnels et numériques du coaching.
L'année dernière, Julia a fondé sa propre société de coaching et de conseil afin d'accompagner des personnes et des organisations dans un contexte international.
