Strategie ICF Belgium - GPS
Avec toute l'équipe d'ICF Belgium, nous sommes au service de nos membres: professionnels du coaching, professionnels des Ressources Humaines, dirigeants et amateurs de développement personnel.
Fin septembre, lors de la réunion de stratégie, nous débordions d'énergie, d'enthousiasme, d'idées et de plans concrets pour mettre ICF Belgium encore plus en avant et vous servir.
Au fait savez-vous quel est notre mantra? Depuis de nombreuses années votre dévoué conseil d’administration se sert d’un GPS très pratique pour nous guider, pour naviguer les différents défis et décisions du quotidien.
Venant de l’anglais, notre GPS est l’acronyme de Grow, Promote & Support. Toutes les décisions et initiatives visent au moins un de ces objectifs :
Grow : Le développement de nos membres en tant que professionnels du coaching et la croissance du chapitre assurent notre crédibilité sur le marché.
Promote : Le coaching professionnel est un métier, c’est évident pour nous. Nous consacrons également une part de notre temps et de notre énergie à promouvoir ce métier auprès des organisations, du public et des médias.
Support : Nous sommes au service de nos membres et les soutenons dans leur carrière professionnelle en leur offrant diverses occasions de développer leurs compétences, un soutien dans leur démarche de certification et des opportunités de rencontrer leurs pairs, sans quoi de nouveaux partenariats ne se feraient pas.
Samen met het ganse toegewijde ICF Belgium team, dienen we onze leden: zowel coaching professionals, HR professionals, leiders en liefhebbers van persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
Eind september, tijdens de strategievergadering, zaten we vol energie, enthousiasme, ideeën en concrete plannen om ICF Belgium verder op de kaart te zetten en om jullie te dienen.
Weet u trouwens wat onze mantra is? Al vele jaren gebruikt uw toegewijde Raad van Bestuur een zeer praktische GPS om ons door de verschillende uitdagingen en beslissingen van het dagelijks leven te loodsen.
Afkomstig van het Engels, staat onze GPS voor Grow, Promote & Support. Alle besluiten en initiatieven zijn op ten minste één van deze doelstellingen gericht:
Grow: De ontwikkeling van onze leden als coaching professionals en de groei van het chapter zorgt voor onze geloofwaardigheid in de markt.
Promote: Professioneel coachen is een vak, dat is voor ons duidelijk. Wij besteden ook tijd en energie aan de promotie van het beroep bij organisaties, het publiek en de media.
Support: Wij staan ten dienste van onze leden en ondersteunen hen in hun professionele loopbaan door hen diverse mogelijkheden te bieden om hun vaardigheden te ontwikkelen, hen te ondersteunen bij hun certificeringsproces en hen de gelegenheid te bieden hun vakgenoten te ontmoeten, zonder welke nieuwe partnerschappen niet tot stand zouden komen.

Together with the entire ICF Belgium team, we are at the service of our members: coaching professionals, HR professionals, leaders and personal development enthusiasts.
At the end of September, during the strategy meeting, we were full of energy, enthusiasm, ideas and concrete plans to put ICF Belgium even further ahead and serve you.
By the way, do you know what our mantra is? For many years your dedicated Board of Directors has been using a very practical GPS to guide us through the various challenges and decisions of everyday life.
Our GPS stands for Grow, Promote & Support. All decisions and initiatives are aimed at least one of these objectives:
Grow: The development of our members as coaching professionals and the growth of the chapter ensures our credibility in the market.
Promote: Professional coaching is a profession, that is obvious to us. We also devote time and energy to promoting this profession to organisations, the public and the media.
Support: We serve our members and support them in their professional careers by offering them various opportunities to develop their competencies, support in their certification process and opportunities to meet their peers, without which new partnerships would not be made.
