Background and relevant experience

I am a 51-year-old German living in Belgium, married and having two children of 7 and 10. I am a Master Coach certified by Integral Coaching Canada, have a background in business and IT and have been working as an Agile Coach in the last 12+ years in different industries for multiple international clients. I have been helping organizations in their transition to a more collaborative and adaptive way of working - becoming faster in responding to market changes and more customer centric.

In this context I have coached many senior leaders and helped them to build new leadership capabilities. In the last 3 years, I have been part of a leadership development program at ING to coach senior leaders as individuals and as leadership teams.

I truly belief that personal growth and change is hard work, can be painful and requires stepping out of the personal comfort zone. I always encourage my clients to go through this phase with the goal in mind that they can overcome obstacles that are holding them back, get rid of limiting beliefs and build new capabilities to make a next step towards living their full potential.

I am a calm and analytical person with a passion for developing people. I get my energy from seeing people grow.
