LAURENT SPILLIAERT

I have an academic background in business management with knowledge of economics, finance, sociology, psychology and law.

For 30 years, I have held various leadership positions, for medium and large international companies, in the technology sectors. I have experienced the different life cycles of the company, the phases of start- up, profitability, restructuring, merger and I have contributed to the development of autonomy of managers and their teams. I also gained experienced in the HR field as Coach - Senior Business Expert, within bpost group in Belgium.

To date, I’m an ICF certified coach as PCC (Professional Certified Coach), supervised in Transactional Analysis, with above 2500 Coaching hours in the Automotive & Aerospace, Banking & Finance, Consulting, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Logistics & E-commerce, Public, Healthcare, Technology & Engineering sectors).I coach with two fields of expertise:

Individual holistic Coaching

My support aims at increasing the autonomy of people in relation to their social and/or professional environment. Examples: psychological support, reorganization on the physiological, material, relational, emotional and existential levels.I help clients reach their goals by focusing on the whole person’s approach to health through personal development and their physical health. This means helping clients to consider not just their physical wellbeing but also their mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Team and organizational systemic coaching

My interventions aim to increase the effectiveness of employees and teams. After a diagnosis, the methodology I use promotes a climate of trust and security that allows for authentic communication, clarifies the roles and responsibilities of the members of the organization and turns a group of individuals into a high-performance team. I facilitate the cultural transformation of companies and the development of human potential by collaborating with firms that offer coaching journeys on an international level.
