Patricia Lambert

Patricia Lambert is ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC - 9.000 hours+) specialized in Executive Leadership and Career Management who truly works internationally, serving both individuals and corporations worldwide.

She started in our resourceful coaching profession more than 20 years ago.

Coaching individuals and executives from various backgrounds (including C-suite, entrepreneurs, liberal professions, artists) is a vocation. She enjoys working in diverse and complex universes from large multinationals to SME's, in the profit and non-profit sectors, for multiple United Nations agencies around the globe (25+) and federal governments. 

Graduated from Solvay Business School, Patricia is endowed with corporate experience in talent advisory, senior executive staffing, international mobility, career management and leadership valuation.



She offers genuine interest in people and a strong belief in the talent deployment of each human being within and outside of organisational "systems". Engaging in a coaching experience with her is a journey of clarity, alignment and inspirational transformation. 



Patricia serves the coaching community as Supervisor & Mentor (in Belgium and abroad) willing to pass their ICF certification, independently from any coaching school.

She is a passionate reader and author.
