Piotr Andrzej Oszytko

In one sentence: an economic engineer specialising in strategic projects development, portfolio coordinator, programme manager, internal auditor, and business innovation coach.

Starting in 2018 I'm cooperating with the European Commission/EASME (Executive Agency for SMEs) providing coaching services for the Programme Horizon 2020, and now Horizon Europe beneficiaries (https://eic.ec.europa.eu/eic-funding-opportunities/business-acceleration-services_en). Already served more than 18 companies at the EIC Accelerator to enrich their commercialisation innovation journey. Since January 2024 I have been engaged as a Business Coach for beneficiaries of the European Union Defence Innovation Scheme (https://eudis-coaching.eu). 

Besides my coach journey, during the last 27 years, I developed extensive experience in the public sector, merging financial and engineering services for the Capabilities development of the Polish NAVY, the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, and the International Military Staff of the NATO HQ. Value of portfolio under my responsibility in billions EUR.



As a second professional path, for already more than 17 years, I undertook business development consulting activities as a sole proprietor and independent expert conducting:

- more than 30 major projects with a value of more than 1 MEUR each (business plans, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, strategy planning, economic and financial analysis, projects for the European Union structural funds, also preparing environmental impact assessments etc.) and,

- hundreds of short tasks from various governmental and EU organizations, including the European Commission/ INEA (Innovation and Networks Executive Agency). Area of expertise: Cost-Benefit Analysis - CBA, economics analysis, feasibility, environmental evaluation of the projects.



I'm a Certified Prince2 Agile Practitioner, and APMG Organisational Change Management Practitioner.
